When does it start?ĭestination GO started on Wednesday 25 May and runs for 9 weeks, until Wednesday 27 July 2022. VP GO is designed to help you take small steps towards improving your health through friendly competition and personalised tracking of your health habits and goals. It's a digital health coach, a social connection to your colleagues and an activity challenge all in one. VP GO is a flexible wellbeing program that meets you where you're at. Should you want to review the Challenge Rules or Leave the Challenge, you will find these options under the Challenge Details option.UNSW Wellbeing has partnered with Virgin Pulse to offer UNSW staff a new health and wellbeing platform - VP GO. The home page will also offer you a number of other options, located on the left side of the screen, such as Challenge Details, Check in, Progress, Leaderboard, and Chat. The progress bar will also let you know how much is left until you reach your goal, to encourage you to keep going! Once you start tracking your progress, you will be able to see it on the home page of your challenge, by selecting the Progress option. By clicking the Confirm and Continue button, you will be able to connect the two platforms. Likewise, if you would like to use the Rethink Care app, you should click the Track with Rethink Care option and you will be taken to a new page, asking you to allow the Rethink Care app to connect with your Virgin Pulse account. If you wish to track your mindful minutes manually, you should do so by clicking on the Manually Entered Minutes option and a box will pop up, allowing you to enter the desired amount of time, after which you should click the Submit button. This challenge can be tracked both manually and via the Rethink Care app and it is up to you to select the preferred way. Once this is complete, click on the Join the Challenge option. Enter your desired goal for this challenge and based on your average mindful time, the goal should be somewhere between the suggested minimum and maximum. Once you enter the estimated time, click on Next.Ģ. Enter the number of minutes that you usually spend on mindfulness in a day and this will help you create a goal for yourself. To start your Mindful Minutes Spotlight Challenge, follow these steps:ġ. Under the Available Organization Challenges, you will see the currently active Spotlight challenge and you should click the Join Now option in order to enter it. Should a Mindful Minutes Spotlight Challenge become available for you, you will find it by clicking on the Social option in your Virgin Pulse account and by selecting Challenges in the drop-down menu. This challenge takes place for 70 days and in order to complete it, you should track your progress each day. Mindful Minutes Spotlight Challenge is designed to inspire you to work towards your own custom goal, in order to improve the skill of mindfulness and better mental health.
